Alphacoats OLYMPUS
Description– Alphacoats OLYMPUS is a user-friendly, low-VOC and graphene-reinforced high solids 2 parts paint Pro Nano graphene coating system for almost all types of paints Alphacoats OLYMPUS is high solids, micro scratches resistance, long-term gloss retention, outstanding weathering resistance and excellent finish quality coating system. It also exhibits improvements in the aspect of water slip, chemical resistance
and durability which allow the coating to last up to 7 years. The consumption of the product will depend on the application method, approximately 2-5 ml/m2 is sufficient for most
applications.
Step 1: MUST PREPARE Oil free surface
- In order to permit sufficient chemical bonding of Alphacoats OLYMPUS to the substrate, the surfaces must be carefully cleaned of all contaminants before the application. The durability of the coating depends on how well Alphacoats OLYMPUS has chemically bonded with the surface.
• It is highly recommended to polish the surface with an abrasive system to remove all hard bearing contaminations on the surface.
• Use Alphawash wash to thoroughly remove all remaining residue and polishing oils leftover film on the surface.
• Degreasing the surface with
Alphaprep is recommended to use the clean Microfiber Cloth for degreasing. The degreasing ensures a completely clean and reactive paint surface.
- In order to permit sufficient chemical bonding of Alphacoats OLYMPUS to the substrate, the surfaces must be carefully cleaned of all contaminants before the application. The durability of the coating depends on how well Alphacoats OLYMPUS has chemically bonded with the surface.
Step 2: Treatment process
• Keep the solution unstirred.
• Place a few drops of Alphacoats OLYMPUS Base on the provided application cloth in a vertical direction.
• Apply the product lightly on the surface in a 3×3 feet area, in a vertical (up and down) then horizontal (left and right)
motion.
• Always ensure the areas coated are overlapping.
• Wait for about 5-10 minutes (or when there is a small resistance in buffing) then buff off with a clean dry Microfiber cloth
• Allow coating to cure for 2 hours (5-50°C or 41-122°F) or 1 hour (60°C or 140°F) then apply Alphacoats OLYMPUS Top with the same procedures and buff off with after 0.5-2 minutes with a clean dry Microfiber Cloth.

Alphacoats Titan
Description– Alphacoats TITAN is a user-friendly, low-VOC and graphene-reinforced ceramic coating system for almost all types of paints Alphacoats TITAN is high solids, micro-marring resistance, long-term gloss retention, outstanding weathering resistance and excellent finish quality coating . It also exhibits improvements in the aspect of water slip, chemical resistance
and durability which allow the coating to last up to 5 years. The consumption of the product will depend on the application method, approximately 2-5 ml/m2 is sufficient for most
applications.
Steps :

Step 2: Application Process
• Shake Alphacoats TITAN shake well before application to ensure mixture are homogeneous.
• Place a few drops of Alphacoats TITAN on the provided application cloth in a vertical direction.
• Apply the product lightly on the surface in a 5×5 feet area, in a vertical (up and down) then horizontal (left and right)
motion.
• Always ensure the areas coated are overlapping.Wait for about 5-10 minutes (or when there is a small resistance in buffing) then buff off with a clean dry Microfiber Cloth.
• Allow coating to cure for 2 hours (5-50°C or 41-122°F) or 1 hour (60°C or 140°F).
• Air dry the coated surface after application for approximately 4 hours and avoid contact with water.
• Fully cured coated surface will be able to withstand at least 250 hours of salt spray test.
Curing Time:
• The applied coating will be ready to be buffed off in 5-10 minutes .
• The coating will be ready to be layered as follows:
• 2 hours (5-50°C or 41-122°F); or
• 1 hour (60°C or 140°F); or
• 15 minutes (infrared short wave); or
• 15-20 minutes (infrared medium wave).
